All products sold by AV Horeca Solutions are 100% genuine, authorized products from Pradeep Stainless India Pvt Ltd (brands: Pradeep, Aeonic, iBrew). Every product is sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We do not deal in counterfeit, grey market or refurbished products.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer price revisions, GST changes or supply conditions. Prices are confirmed at order confirmation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Bulk order discounts are available at our discretion.

Delivery timelines communicated are estimates only. Same-day delivery in Hyderabad applies to orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to stock availability. Next-day delivery across AP and Telangana is our standard commitment. Timelines may vary due to stock, carrier delays or other factors. Delivery charges are communicated at order confirmation.

Product warranty is as per the respective manufacturer's terms. AV Horeca Solutions is an authorized service centre for Pradeep, iBrew and Aeonic. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect electrical connections, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Bring proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from purchase of products from AV Horeca Solutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
